The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (ROPE) Squad is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a federal offender wanted on a Canada Wide Warrant as result of being unlawfully at large.
James Druce is described as a white male, 50 years of age, 6’0”, and 185-200 lbs. He has tattoos on both shoulders, both biceps as well as on his forearms. He has a surgical scar on his throat.
Druce is serving a six year 10 month sentence for Robberry-Use Firearm, Utter Threats of Death/Bodily Harm, Break and Enter and Wear Disguise with Intent.
The offender is known to frequent the Ottawa Area.
