The expansion of a big trailer park in Prince Edward County will be back for a decision at a meeting
of Prince Edward County council Tuesday.
Recently, Prince Edward County council deferred a decision to allow the Bay Meadows Park to expand by 23 trailer sites.
Residents of the park had complained the park had been in rough shape and was getting worse. There were complaints about how sewage was being handled as well.
Meanwhile, county staff has written another report on the issue saying the expansion to a total of 178 serviced trailer sites at Bay Meadows Park should be approved.
Staff report all sewage issues are overseen by the Ministry of Environment, and it has approved plans for the expansion.
