Police in Stirling-Rawdon are looking into some acts of vandalism over the weekend and a break-in that happened this morning.
Chief Dario Cecchin says sometime between 11:00 p.m. and midnight on Saturday, someone slashed the tires of a blue Nissan on Victoria Street and a Chevrolet pick up on James Street.
Then, around 11:15 this morning, officers responded to a break-in in progress on Ryan Road, where suspects had forced their way in through the back door.
Police were there within seven minutes, but the suspects had already gotten away with two HP laptops, an iPhone 5s, assorted jewellery and about $450 in US cash.
Anyone with information on either incident can call Stirling-Rawdon Police or Crimestoppers.
