Belleville, Ontario- On the 19th of March 2016 at 9:50Am Belleville Police Service investigated a theft of numerous items from a parked vehicle on Fifth Street. During the night unknown person(s) entered the unlocked vehicle and removed a wallet and personal property. Anyone with information about this incident is asked to call Belleville Police or Quinte Crime Stoppers.
Found Property
Belleville, Ontario- On the 19th of March 2016 at 2:00Pm Belleville Police Service investigated found property in the area of Second Street. A tent and sporting equipment were located. Anyone with information about this property is asked to call Belleville Police.
Arrest on Warrants
Belleville, Ontario- On the 19th of March 2016 at approximately 3Pm a male was observed in a business on Millennium Drive by an off duty officer. The male was known to have outstanding arrest warrants. The male was arrested without incident. Christopher Donald Gray 22yrs, is charged with break and enter with intent, assault with a weapon and breach probation. He is being held in custody for a bail hearing on the 21st of March.
Disturbance
Belleville, Ontario- On the 20th of March 2016 at 2:15Am Belleville Police responded to a large disturbance outside a business on North Front St. Upon Police arrival a large group of patrons were observed fighting in the lot. 2 males aged 20 and 25 were arrested for public intoxication. The crowd was dispersed without further incidents. The males were held in Police custody until sober.
