A pretrial court date has been set up for a man charged with murder in the Grafton area.
In a Cobourg court this week, a judge gave 61 year old Daniel Grant an April 25th court date, after two people were seriously injured at a County Road 2 home on New Year’s Eve.
Grant was originally charged with two counts of attempted murder, however one charge was upgraded to murder after 82 year old Delores Byers died last month.
