The Belleville Police Service responded to 61 calls for service between March 15th, 2016 at 5:00 a.m. and March 16th, 2016 at 5:00 a.m.
Bail Violation
Belleville, Ontario – On March 15th, 2016, at 8:00 p.m. an officer checked a male on Boswell Street and learned that he was violating one of his bail conditions. The 71-year old Quinte West man was arrested and charged with breach of an undertaking. He will appear in court on April 21st, 2016.
Breach of the Peace
Belleville, Ontario – On March 16th, 2016, at 1:50 a.m. officers attended at a disturbance call at a Coleman Street residence. A 47-year old Belleville woman was arrested for breach of the peace. There were no reported injuries.
Arrested on warrants
Belleville, Ontario – On March 16th, 2016, at 2:45 a.m. officers attended at a Tracey Park Drive address in relation to a 911 hang-up call. During the investigation it was learned that one of the occupants had two warrants for her arrest in Belleville. The 25-year old Belleville woman was arrested on the strength of the warrants and held for a bail hearing.
