Steven Page fans were definitely surprised to hear that he was going to give an acoustic performance at Belleville’s VIA station Tuesday.
Page tweeted the night before that he would be making a stop in the Friendly City after a performance in Kingston.
Page is a Canadian musician who along with Ed Robertson, founded the group Barenaked Ladies. He left the band in 2009 to pursue a solo career.
Now Page is on the road promoting his new album ‘Heal Thyself, Pt 1: Instinct’, which was released on Friday.
He’s been surprising fans all over Ontario. Last week he visited train stations in Ottawa and Toronto.
