The shorthanded Wellington Dukes got a much needed rest last night and are back on the ice for a 2:00 matinee in Game 5 of their OJHL Quarter-Final Series at Essroc Arena versus the Aurora Tigers. The Tigers evened up the series at 2 games apiece with a 5-1 victory on Friday night in Game 4.
EMPIRE B JR C
The Port Hope Panthers are champs again in the Empire B Jr C league. They swept away the Napanee Raiders for a second straight year, winning convincingly 8-1 in Game 4 last night in Napanee. The Panthers will go on to play for the Schmaltz Cup, the All-Ontario Junior C Championship.
