An off-duty Quinte West OPP officer has been charged in connection with a single car crash south of Stirling-Rawdon last month.
Officers responded to the crash on Foxboro-Stirling Road, around 11:25 p.m., on February 5, 2016.
The driver was taken to hospital with serious injuries, eventually released.
However, investigators deemed him to be at fault for the crash.
Fifty-four-year-old Allan Detlor of Quinte West is charged with careless driving.
