Organizers of the Trenton Scottish Irish Festival have big plans for the event this September.
The festival committee hopes to sign up a big name entertainer to perform after the military
tattoo on the Friday night of event.
Tonight, Quinte West council will vote on pre-approving 30 thousand dollars so the entertainer
can be secured.
The musician’s name will not be released until a contract is signed.
Quinte West council meets tonight at 6:30 at city hall.
