One person had to be taken to Trenton Memorial Hospital last night after suffering burns in a cooking incident.
Grease burst into flames in an apartment kitchen at 190 Bay Street in Trenton around 8 p.m. last night.
The residents put the flames out themselves, but the one person suffered burns.
Quinte West firefighters responded and cleared the smoke from the apartment building
