The Trenton Golden Hawks have taken a 2-0 series lead over the Newmarket Hurricanes, after a 2-0 win Thursday night.
Daniel Urbani made 27 saves in the win, while Danny Hanlon and Hunter Fargey chipped in with two points each.
Urbani says the team had a great defensive effort.
Head Coach Jerome Dupont says it was not pretty, but they found a way.
Trenton’s next action is Sunday afternoon when they welcome the Hurricanes for game 3 at 3:00 p.m
