Nutri-eSTEP is an easy-to-use program that can be used to to assess how a toddler or pre-schooler is doing in terms of their daily eating and activity habits.

Brown says the parent can approach the health unit or go online to take the screening program to get an idea of how the family is doing.
Parents answer 17 short questions about their child’s eating and activity habits, and then receive a personalized assessment.
Tips and resources are also provided to help make improvements.
