Work continues in the background on a big condominium project on Belleville’s waterfront.
Engineers and other consultants are working with City of Belleville staff as they prepare
to meet conditions required by the City for the Dockside Quinte development proposed for
the former Morch Marine property.
In 2014, city council approved a draft plan for the property that would see 3 15 storey condominium buildings built along with retail office space on the ground floors and a public promenade area.
