Hastings County has reached a three-year agreement with three sectors of its employees.
The new deal covers 135 full-time, and 33 part-time, office, clerical and professional employees.
It includes a wage hike of 1.75 percent retroactive to January 1, 2016, 1.8 percent effective January 1, 2017, and again January 1, 2018.
Negotiations took place in January and the contract was ratified this month.
