A new transit survey is available for riders of buses in Belleville.
It is called Rate Your Ride and it is now available at the City of Belleville’s website.
The Transit department says they want to improve the service and are looking for riders to rate the strengths and weaknesses of their travel.
Transit Manager Matt Coffey says the goal is to introduce a way for riders to have a voice and allow the city to gain first hand insight from the customers.
Coffey adds the more people that take the survey, the more accurate and impactful the data will be.
The survey is also available to be done on your mobile device, perhaps while you’re riding to work.
