Downtown Belleville was a busy place yesterday afternoon.
Throngs of people visited restaurants throughout the core for the annual
Savour the Chill event.
Restaurants served up hot soup and people voted for their favorites!
It was busy enough that most venues sold out of soup before the event was to end.
Winning the People’s Choice Award was Earl and Angelo’s, the Judge’s Choice Award goes to Sans Souci, and the Best Host Award was won by Chilangos.
