POWER HAS BEEN RESTORED TO MOST HOMES
Thousands of residents are without hydro, after an outage this morning in the Quinte region.
It happened near the Tweed area, stretching to the northeast.
More than 8,000 homes and businesses are affected.
Electricity should be restored around the noon hour.
