A backhoe rolled into a ditch in Quinte West last night.
Just after 9:00 p.m, Quinte West OPP were called to County Road 2, where they found the operator of the back hoe.
They believed he was impaired.
Joshua Hickey has been charged with impaired and driving over 80 milligrams.
He has a court date next month.
