4:30AM UPDATE: ALL POWER HAS BEEN RESTORED
There is a large power outage affecting almost 8,000 Hydro One customers running from just east of Belleville all the way east to Bath and beyond.
The northeast part of Prince Edward County is affected as well, but not the town of Picton.
The area affected is mostly south of the 401, but there are some customers without power north of the 401 in Tyendinaga, Deseronto, and Napanee.
A pole fire in Napanee caused the widespread outage after one this morning.
Hydro One expects the power to be back on by 7 this morning.
