Quick work by Prince Edward County firefighters minimized the damage to a garage on Spring Street in Picton late yesterday afternoon.
There was no vehicle in the garage but its contents were lost. The garage itself is still standing.
The call came in around 5:30 yesterday afternoon.
No one was injured, and the cause remains under investigation.
