It was cold again yesterday, but again, it wasn’t cold enough to set a new low temperature record in the
Quinte region.
The temperature got down to -26.8 Celsius, as measured at CFB Trenton, yesterday.
But, that was just slightly warmer than the record low for a February 14, which was -27.8C, set in 1970.
On Saturday, our low was -26.4C, missing the record by a fraction.
