Mischief
Belleville, Ontario – On Saturday, February 14, 2016 at 10:20 am, police responded to the Elgin Street area regarding a mischief. The rear window of a van was smashed by a rock and a male suspect was seen running from the area. He was described as wearing a black and white sweater with a hood and grey track pants.
