An exhaust fan flamed out last night at the Highland Shores CAS office in west end Trenton.
Quinte West firefighters were called to the office around 11 last night after a fire alarm sounded.
The fan had caught fire but firefighters had the flames doused in minutes.
Damage was minimal and confined to the kitchen.
No one was injured.
In Trenton, Highland Shores CAS is located beside the Golden Valley Restaurant.
