On the heels of the sale of the Oak Hills Golf Course, two more local links are being put up for sale.
Just one day after we told you of the offer of sale of Oak Hills Golf Course in Stirling, a course in The County and another in Tweed could be moved.
Poplars Golf Course Owner Jack Gorman has confirmed the course is for sale.
He says they have been in the business for decades and it is time to move on.
Meantime, an Ontario realty website had Wellington on the Lake Course for sale, however the listing expired December 31st.
It is not know if it has been relisted elsewhere.
That makes three local courses for sale, all within the same year.
The new owner of the Oak Hills Course in Stirling is not known and we also do not know what they intend to do with the property.
Several conditions have to be met before that sale is finalized.
