A Quebec truck driver is facing impaired driving charges, after calls from concerned drivers near Shannonville.
3:15 a.m Saturday, Napanee OPP were called to the eastbound 401 lanes, after a caller indicated a big rig had scraped up against the concrete median multiple times.
Another complaint came in, claiming the truck had a Quebec plate and BTC labelled on the trailer.
Around 3:45 a.m, officers located the truck parked near the Wymans Road overpass.
The driver was taken to the Loyalist OPP detachment for breath tests.
The 33 year old from Laval has been charged with impaired, refusing to provide a breath sample and dangerous driving.
He has a court date in Napanee later this month.
