An offer has been accepted on a local golf course recently up for auction.
Quinte News has learned that the Oak Hills Golf club has been sold, however there are several conditions that need to be met.
Back in December, an auction was held for the 36 hole property, however no bid was made.
The purchase includes two 18 hole courses, a club house, maintenance building, a house and dozens of golf carts.
There is nothing known at this point about the buyer or where they are from, or if they intent to keep it as a golf course.
The Municipal Property Assessment Corporation values the Frankford Stirling Road course at $1.8 million.
