Serious charges laid against a Cornwall man in connection with a fatal collision a year ago on Highway 401 have been withdrawn.
On February 25, 2015, OPP charged 26-year-old Ravinder Singh, 26, with dangerous driving causing death and dangerous driving causing bodily harm after a transport struck collided with an SUV near Belleville.
Fifty-five-year-old Holly Jean of Mississauga who was in the SUV was killed. Five other people were injured in the crash.
On Friday February 5, Singh was found guilty of careless driving and ordered to pay a $350 fine.
