It’s going to be a lot easier for people who don’t drive to get from Brighton to Trenton and back, starting Monday.
That’s because Quinte Access is starting a new pilot route, which starts at Prince Edward Square in Brighton and then makes about six stops, before continuing on to Trenton.
Quinte Access’ Shelly Acres says it’s going to make a big difference for members of the community.
She says there are about six or seven stops in Brighton, before the bus moves along to Trenton.
Since seats are limited, riders are being asked to call the Quinte Access office at 613-392-9640 before they get on board.

Acres says they’ll let the program run for a little bit and then re-visit things to see how they’re going.
