Hi name is Reginald Bull and he is serving a life sentence for murder and assault with a weapon.
The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement Squad says he often visits Belleville, Peterborough and Toronto.
He is described as white, 62 years old, 5’8, about 150 pounds, with two rose tattoos on his left arm.
