The Hastings Prince Edward public board is undergoing a new strategic plan.
At Monday’s board meeting, trustees discussed the focus for the plan, which will take them to 20-20.

She adds that it makes sense to make it a multi-year plan.
Excellence in equity, public confidence, well being and learning in leadership are the main priorities for the plan.
