He has played at golf’s highest level, and now Belleville native Jon Mills is about to begin a new chapter of his golf career. Mills has been hired as Associate Coach of the men’s and women’s golf program at his Alma- mater, Kent State University in Kent Ohio. Mills played in 70 PGA tournaments and 184 on the web.com tour. However he failed to qualify this year. Mills was pondering his future when he got the call from Kent State.
Mills feels comfortable going back to Kent State.
Jon Mills says he will continue to play competitively.
Mills has played in the U.S. Open twice.
