Hastings County is improving high-speed internet connections to sites across the county.
The new agreement just approved with Bell Canada will see improved high-speed connections at 14 municipally-owned sites across the county including ambulance bases and two long-term care facilities.
Administrator Jim Pine says there are still gaps in private cell coverage even after the recent $170 million project.
Pine says this includes areas across North Hastings and other regions.
