Belleville Police Service responded to 56 calls for service from the 26th of January 2016 at 5:00 am to the 27th of January 2016 at 5:00 am.
Assault
Belleville – Shortly after 1:30 P.M. on the 26th of January police received a call for service with regards to a disturbance in a west end residence. Police investigation resulted 18 yr. old Nicholas Wannamaker of Belleville being arrested and held for a bail hearing on the 27th of January. Charges levied against Wannamaker include two counts of assault, two counts of uttering threats, one count of mischief and one count of breach of probation. There were no injuries sustained during the incident.
