Bay of Quinte federal MP Neil Ellis is getting ready for his first committee assignments in this sitting of Canada’s new parliament.
As the new sitting of the House of Commons gets underway this week, MP Neil Ellis says he is looking forward to his first appointment to one, or possibly two, committees.
He submitted his name for four possible committees, and expects to receive his appointment next week.
Ellis says the important issue is infrastructure funding and thinks it has to be a partnership of three levels of government.
