A low dollar is good for some and not for others, that according to the Chief Economist for the Business Development Bank of Canada.
Quinte News continues to break down the presentation of Pierre Cleroux at the Belleville Chamber on Friday.
Cleroux told the audience at the Travelodge, that the low dollar is positive for exporters, negative for importers.
He says many items are more expensive, including foods and imported goods.
Cleroux says they are predicting just over two percent growth for the Canadian economy.
