Charges have been laid against two Quinte area men in the investigation into an explosion in Quinte West earlier this month.
On Sunday January 10th, Quinte West OPP and Fire were called to an explosion at 24 Annwood Court.
The blast came from the basement of the townhouse, sending a man and woman to hospital with injuries.
After an investigaiton, the OPP have charged two men.
23 year old Joshua Hilts of Trenton and 21 year old Lucas Veltman of Ameliasburgh have been charged with Arson, damage to property and a subsequent arson charge of disregard for human life plus two counts of possession of a controlled substance.
Both Veltman and Hilts will appear in court February 25th.
Further charges are pending.
