Batawa’s Under 18 ski racing team took part in their first Southern Ontario Division 1 Giant Slalom event of the season at Mansfield Ski Club in Alliston.
Carolyn Burchat finished 9th in a field of 46 women. Eric Cholastra and Will Rae finished in the middle of the pack in a field of 62 racers where 6 seconds separated first from last.
