The 2016 CFB Trenton Pond Hockey Classic is one week away and the event is bringing in dozens of hockey players and military supporters alike.
At next Friday’s (January 29) gala dinner, Corporal C.J Wilneff will give the keynote address.
Wilneff was shot during his time in Afghanistan and suffers from P.T.S.D.
The Cape Breton native talked to Quinte News and says he will share his story in Batawa.
He adds there is a positive ending to his story and Wounded Warriors Canada was a big part of it.
Funds raised go to support Wounded Warriors and the TMH Foundation.
