Five Bowlers from the Quinte Bowl competed at the Ivan Nelson Memorial Tenpin Bowling tournament in Mississauga this weekend.
Three qualified for Sunday’s Match Play round to compete for a spot on the Southern Ontario team. Taylor Strickland earned silver in the girls bantam division while Kylie Gallant placed 4th. Nicholas Blagojevic was 5th in the boys junior division.
The tournament is named for the late Belleville Sports Hall of Famer and hosts the top young tenpin bowlers in Southern Ontario.
