This site on Bell Boulevard has now been leveled of trees and is bare ground and is expected to house a new casino for Belleville
The Chief Operating Officer for Great Canadian Gaming is in Belleville Tuesday.
Terrance Doyle will meet with Belleville Mayor Taso Christopher and provide an update to the casino coming to Belleville.
Doyle is expected to present a draft document of the agreement between the city and Great Canadian Gaming.
Meantime, next Monday at council, Doyle, along with numerous other officials from the company, will be making a presentation to council, which is likely to include the site location.
It is expected to be on the north side of Bell Boulevard West, beside the new Towneplace Suites, however neither the city nor Great Canadian Gaming will confirm that detail.
