Last week, the Business Development Improvement Area received 28 responses to surveys given to all business owners and residents in The Village.
The focus of the survey was to find out how things can improve from Build Belleville’s Phase One to Phase Two in the downtown.
Build Belleville Spokesperson Elisha Purchase says there was a theme to the respondents.
Tenders are about to be sent out at month’s end for Phase Two reconstruction , which will stretch from Victoria Avenue to Bridge Street.
