Prices have gone up, down and stayed the same on houses in the Quinte region.
The Royal Lepage House Price Survey was released this week and it shows the average price of a home stayed just about the same year over year, down 0.1% to $244,124
The average price of a two-storey home jumped 5.9% to $279,902.
The good news for those looking for a bungalow, that price dropped 5.2%, to sit just below $228,776 in Belleville and Trenton.
