Ronald Shorey was charged in August 17, 2012 after 40-year-old Cindy Sullivan of Trenton was found dead in an apartment at 29 Adrian Court. She had previously been reported missing.

Shorey has been in custody and appeared in Belleville court Monday morning when the trial was originally set to begin.
Crown Attorney Paul Layefsky tells Quinte News the trial was adjourned do to the availability of certain witnesses.
He says that the trail is expected to last two to three weeks when it starts November 21 at 10 a.m.
