Three people were injured after an accident north of Napanee Friday night.
Around 6:00 p.m, Napanee OPP were dispatched to Little Creek Road, where a car slammed into the south guardrail.
One woman was trapped inside.
The driver, a 50 year old Napanee man was arrested.
Richard Brooks has been charged with impaired driving causing bodily harm.
He appears in court February 9th.
