A Belleville man has been sentenced for his involvement in an assault on two men and a police officer back in November.
John Way was first charged with two counts of assault, one count of assaulting police and one count of breaching probation, after the incident on November 22nd, which resulted in non-life threatening injuries to all three victims.
Yesterday, Way pleaded guilty to all charges and was sentenced to 150 days in jail, a 10 year weapons ban and a year on probation.
Way had served a total of 30 days in pretrial custody, which will be subtracted from his sentence.
