The Quinte West detachment of the OPP are continuing their work with focused patrols.
Focused patrols analyze data on crime and traffic, which determines how to best deploy resources.
Their next focus will be County Road #2 between 2nd Dughill Road and Stoney Point Road.
Current data shows between 8:00 a.m and 12:00 p.m, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday, there is a high collision rate.
Officials will focus of the big four, speeding, impaired driving, distracted driving and seat belt use.
