The Wellington Dukes and Trenton Golden Hawks were both in action Saturday night.
In Trenton, the Golden Hawks dominated play against the Pickering Panthers, topping them 4-1.
The G-Hawks were just short of doubling the Panthers’ shot total. Liam Morgan picked up 2 goals in the victory, while Daniel Urbani made 23 saves.
The Dukes picked up a big win in Stouffville, beating the Spirit 6-2.
Luc Brown scored a hat trick and added 2 assists for the Dukes.
The Dukes and Golden Hawks battle each other on Wednesday.
