As Ontarians continue to move through a transition period, recovering from the recent recession, the CEO of the Belleville Chamber of Commerce says things will likely improve a bit here in the city in 2016.
Bill Saunders says continued work on the Build Belleville Program is a key, but the cost has made some local business owners a bit nervous.
However, he says that attitude is starting to turn.
Saunders says one of his personal goals for the upcoming year, is to continue to build on relationships with provincial decision makers, which can lead to funding and opportunities for the business community.
