We’re only 45-minutes apart….but, Kingston is a much better place to live than Belleville….according to Moneysense magazine. The annual Best Places to Live in Canada rankings have Kingston at number-2…just behind Ottawa…and, Belleville is 103rd….just ahead of Owen Sound and Pembroke. The Belleville numbers are for the census-area which also factors in Quinte West. The magazine crunches a number of different factors together to come up with its rankings inlcuding household income, lifestyle, weather, crime stats and unemployment figures. and, when the dust settles…..Kingston is by far the superior city….according to Moneysense.
